How it works
Online booking system for salons, live the same day
There are three steps and only the first one takes real work, because everything a client sees is generated from your service list and your stylists' hours.
Add your services and stylists
Start with your service list. Each service gets its own duration and a buffer for setup or turnaround, plus a price or a price range, and the levels of stylist who perform it.
Then your team: working hours, days off, breaks, and which services each person offers. If you already run a calendar somewhere else, import your services, stylists and upcoming appointments rather than retyping them.
Service list
What you charge, and how long it takes
- Cut and finish 45m $55 to $110
- Single-process color 1h 30m $85 to $150
- Balayage 2h 30m $210 to $340
- Blowout 40m $45 to $75
- Bond treatment 30m $30 to $55
Availability on the booking page is generated from these durations. Sample list.
Publish your booking page and city listing
Your booking page is generated from what you just entered and goes live on your own link. It carries your services with honest durations and prices, your team, your policies, and a week of genuinely open times.
At the same time your salon appears on the directory page for your city, showing your services, your price band and your next opening, with booking straight from the listing. It is included in every plan.

Take bookings, and keep the whole ticket
Clients book from a phone in under a minute with nothing to download. A deposit is taken if you ask for one, and the reminder sequence runs on its own: confirmation at booking, a reminder two days out, a note on the morning.
Nothing is taken as commission, on any plan, including the clients your listing introduced. The hundredth booking costs exactly what the first one did.

Moving from something else
You do not have to ask clients to rebook
The thing that makes salons put off a move is the fear of losing the diary. So the import runs before you switch anything over.
-
01
Import your services and stylists
From a spreadsheet or from your existing system, so the setup starts most of the way finished.
-
02
Import upcoming appointments
Everything already booked comes across, with the client attached, so nobody is asked to book again.
-
03
Bring your client list
Contacts, history and notes. It is your list, both coming in and going out.
-
04
Switch the link when you are ready
Your old booking link keeps working until you point it here. There is no cutover moment where you are unbookable.
What happens after you sign up
You give us an email address and confirm it with a 6-digit code. We then email you your setup details and walk you through importing your services and stylists, rather than dropping you into an empty account. No card is collected on this site.
In the meantime, the pieces are covered in detail on salon management software, salon scheduling software and pricing.
