A day view of every stylist on a fifteen minute grid

Open the calendar and the whole floor is there: every stylist in a column, the day on a fifteen minute grid, each booking as long as the service really takes. Switch to one stylist and you see their week. Drag a booking to another time or another stylist and the client gets an email with the new time, so nobody has to make a call between foils.

Block time for lunch, a class, a meeting or a dentist appointment and it vanishes from the booking page. Days off and vacations go in per stylist, so a client never requests Thursday with someone who is in Cancun.

Walk-ins in one tap

The desk types a walk-in into the day for the stylist taking them. It is confirmed at once and the slot closes on the booking page.

Statuses that mean something

Mark a visit as confirmed, done, no-show or cancelled, so the week tells the truth afterwards.

Stylist price levels

A senior stylist can charge more than a newer one for the same cut, and the booking page shows the right price for whoever the client picks.

The two features that protect the money

No-shows and late cancellations do more damage to a salon than almost anything else, and two mechanisms prevent most of them.

A written deposit and cancellation policy the client sees before booking and gets again in the confirmation, which makes the appointment real; you collect the deposit the way you already do, because the app does not hold cards. And an automatic email sequence: confirmation at booking, a reminder two days out, and a short note on the morning. The two-day reminder is the one that matters, because it arrives while there is still time to sell the slot to someone else.
