Hair salon software and hairdressing salon software that books chairs and finds clients

The two systems most salons pay for separately, in one product: the calendar that runs your day and the listing that brings you people who have never heard of you.

Short answer

Hairdressers.io is hair salon software, and hairdressing salon software in the full sense, that does both halves of the job: it books and manages the clients you already have, and it introduces new ones through a listing on the city directory for your area. Most salons currently pay for those separately, a scheduling tool plus a marketplace that takes a share of new-client bookings. Here both are in one flat fee, $39 a month for a single chair and $89 for a salon of up to eight stylists, with 0% commission.

Hairdressing salon software usually comes down to a choice. Buy a scheduling tool and market yourself, or join a marketplace and pay it a share of the clients it sends. This page is the short version of why we think that is a false choice, and what the alternative looks like.

01

What the software does

Four parts, all included in every plan.

A booking page
Your services, your team, your real availability, bookable from a phone with nothing to download.
A salon calendar
Per-stylist hours, real service durations, processing gaps, drag-to-reschedule and client history at the chair.
A directory listing
Your salon on the city page for your area, so people searching find you and book without calling.
Deposits and reminders
The two mechanisms that do most of the work against no-shows.

02

Where hair salon computer software usually costs more than it looks

Three pricing patterns quietly scale with your success: a fee per staff member, so hiring costs you twice; paid modules for the things you assumed were included, like a booking page or reminders; and a commission on new clients from a marketplace, which never stops applying even once that client is a regular of yours.

Our answer is one flat price per salon covering a band of stylists, everything included, and no commission on any booking. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

03

Which page you actually want

This page is the overview. If you arrived looking for something more specific, these go deeper: salon scheduling software for the calendar, the booking app for the client-facing side, salon management software for the full feature list, and salon and spa software if you run treatment rooms as well as chairs.

Pricing

Flat monthly, from $39. Never a cut of a booking.

Four plans by team size, from a single chair to a multi-location group. The 0% commission line is the same on all of them, including bookings that come from your city directory listing.

About hair salon software

The rest are on the salon booking system FAQ.

Is this for one salon or a chain?

Both. Plans run from a single chair to multi-location groups with consolidated reporting and roles per site.

How long does setup take?

The work is your service list, your stylists and their hours. Most salons have a live booking page the same day.

Do I have to use the directory?

No. It is included, but you can run the booking page on its own and stay unlisted.
