Salon and spa software
Salon and spa software with a client-finding directory built in
One product for the two things a salon or spa actually needs: a booking page clients can use at 11pm, and a listing that puts you in front of people who have never heard of you. Flat monthly fee, no commission on anything you take.

Short answer
Hairdressers.io is salon and spa software that handles the appointment side of the business, chairs, treatment rooms, deposits, reminders and client records, and includes a listing on the city directory for your area so new clients can find and book you. It is priced as a flat monthly fee, $39 for a single chair and $89 for a salon of up to eight stylists, with 0% commission on every booking including the ones the directory sends. It does not do retail inventory, point of sale hardware or payroll.
Most salon and spa software is bought to solve an internal problem: the diary, the phone, the no-shows. It solves that problem and then stops, which is why so many salons end up paying for scheduling software and a marketplace at the same time, and paying the marketplace a share of every new client it sends. Hairdressers.io does both jobs in one product, and charges a flat monthly fee for it.
01
Spa and salon management software has to handle two different shapes of appointment
A cut is forty-five minutes with one person and one chair. A color is three hours with a processing gap in the middle that another client can be booked into. A treatment room holds one client and needs turnaround time after them. Software that treats all of those as a generic sixty minute block either wastes your day or double-books it.
- Real service durations
- Each service carries its own length, plus a buffer for setup or turnaround, and availability is generated from those numbers rather than from a fixed grid.
- Processing time that stays bookable
- A color with a forty minute development gap frees that stylist for a shorter appointment instead of blocking the whole afternoon.
- Rooms and chairs as separate resources
- A treatment that needs a room will not be offered when the room is taken, even if the therapist is free.
- Per-stylist working hours
- Everyone has their own days, start times and breaks, and the booking page only ever offers what is genuinely open.
02
The spa appointment software your clients actually see
The client side is a single page: your services with honest durations and prices, your team, and a week of real availability they can click. No account to create, no app to download, no phone call during your working day.
It is the same page whether they arrive from your own link, from a social profile, or from your listing on the city directory. One page to keep up to date, one calendar behind it.
03
The directory is the part other software does not have
Scheduling software books the clients you already have. It does nothing for the person who moved into your neighborhood last month and searched for a salon. That person is the growth, and reaching them is normally where the second bill starts.
Every plan here includes a listing on the city page for your area, showing your services, your price band and your real open times, with booking straight from the listing. It is included because charging for the clients you send someone is the model we are arguing against.
04
What this software deliberately does not do
We would rather be honest about the edges than sell you a suite you have to grow into.
- No point of sale hardware
- We are not a till. If you run card terminals and a cash drawer, keep them.
- No retail stock control
- Shelf inventory, supplier orders and stock counts are not part of this product.
- No payroll or commission runs
- We report on what was booked and taken. Paying your team is your accountant's system, not ours.
Pricing
Flat monthly, from $39. Never a cut of a booking.
Four plans by team size, from a single chair to a multi-location group. The 0% commission line is the same on all of them, including bookings that come from your city directory listing.
Is this suitable for a spa rather than a hair salon?
Yes, as long as your business runs on appointments with named staff and, where relevant, rooms. What it is not is a full spa resort management suite with retail stock and point of sale.
Can I offer packages and multi-service visits?
Yes. A visit can hold more than one service, and the total duration and price are calculated from the services in it.
Do you charge more for a bigger team?
Only when you move up a plan band. Adding a stylist inside your current band does not change your bill, and there is never a per-booking fee.
