Revenue by service and by stylist: Where the money actually comes from, month over month.
Rebooking rate: The share of clients who leave with their next appointment booked. The single most useful number in a salon.
How much of the week sold: Occupancy per stylist, so you can see who needs marketing and who needs a waiting list.
What no-shows cost: Missed appointments valued at the service price, so the policy conversation has a number in it.
